Due to the nature of our over-the-shoulder training program, once the user has accessed the information, it cannot be retrieved. Therefore, On some Products, Unless stated, we do not offer refunds on some of our products unless required by law in the purchaser's location.

Please note that refunds can only be requested within 30 days of your purchase or the most recent payment. Additionally, If you have purchased a tangible product from Funnel Web Boss, such as a book. In that case, you may be eligible for a limited refund if you comply with the specified conditions. The hard goods must be returned to Funnel Web Boss in a like-new or re-sellable condition as determined in Funnel Web Boss's sole, reasonable discretion.
